11:00 am to 1:00 pm - Team Sponsors Photos at the Covered Pergola by the CTR Celebrities Nightclub Diamond.
1:00 pm - WESA Team BBQs / Picnics - all teams are encouraged to plan their team BBQs or picnic.
2:30 pm - Drag on a Dime-mond (Jocks in Frocks) Game - Calling all WESA Pageant contestants present and past! Bring your cheap wigs, your ugly shoes, your busted mugs, and hit the field for some fabulous mayhem in a short and silly game of ball. Come and watch your team reps give a tease for their upcoming performances for the 36th Annual WESA Pageant on July 5th! Tickets available now at TicketWeb.ca!
3:30 pm - Shake UP! Variety Game - Ready for a SHAKE UP? Calling for participants to join a variety game where every inning is different! Watch as your leaguemates compete in totally ridiculous mini challenges and switch ups, including tag-only innings, dance-offs, off-hand batting, kick balls, soccer balls, counter-clockwise base running, and much more!
5:00 pm - Clean up! Please make sure all your trash and recyclables are collected and taken with you outside of the park.
