TIER 3 FOCUSES ON PROMOTING SUPPORTIVE AND EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITIES

Earlier this week, the Tier 3 Coaches and the Commission met to discuss the continued growth and success of our Tier 3 division, with a special focus on our members new to the division.
We are aligned on a shared goal: we want Tier 3 to thrive — as a place of high-level play, strong teamwork, and an experience that players are excited to be part of and stay in.
Tier 3 represents the highest level of play in WESA. Reaching it should feel both rewarding and sustainable for our members. With that in mind, T3 Coaches and League leadership have jointly agreed to the following commitments for the 2026 season:
In 2026, WESA Tier 3 Coaches and the League commit to promoting:
- A supportive environment that encourages positive player and coach communication;
- Equitable playing time, with thoughtful consideration to positions and game context; and,
- Ongoing opportunities for skill development for all Tier 3 players.
These commitments are not intended to make Tier 3 less competitive. They are ensuring that competitive excellence and a strong Pride Community culture continue to exist together at the highest level of play in WESA.
Our shared aim is simple: that members who reach Tier 3 not only compete at a high level, but also want to stay, contribute, and help the division continue to grow.
Thank you to our Tier 3 Coaches for their leadership, care for their players, and commitment to the success of the division and our league. We look forward to a strong and exciting 2026 season.
