WESA 2026 Awards Banquet

  *Note: The Pride Softball Canada Cup & WESA Cup recognitions were celebrated at their respective awards parties.

WESA Medals since 2023 have been made from wood and crafted on Vancouver Island.

TICKETING INFORMATION 2026

COSTS TO ATTEND:

WESA covers 74% of the cost of the banquet for 2026 Members this season. 

• The cost for a 2026 Member (or Associate/Lifetime Member) to attend is $25/each (plus transaction fee; non-refundable).
• Members are welcome to bring Guest(s) at a cost of $90/each (plus transaction fee; non-refundable).

TO PURCHASE A SEAT:

• Click on the "Seat Purchases" link below.  Members will need to sign into their TeamLinkt account (purchases are NOT made through the TeamLinkt app). 
• Always register/login as yourself ('Myself'), and NOT "A Family Member".  There will be a field for you to include the name of the person/member/guest that the seat purchase is for.
• Payments accepted by credit card only.
• SEAT PURCHASES WILL OPEN as early as Tuesday 7:00 p.m., August 12, and be available until the end of Labour Day - Monday, September 07, 2026 or until the event is Sold Out.  Please click on the "Seat Purchases" link below.  

GUESTS WELCOME / MULTIPLE MEMBER PURCHASES:

• Members who are purhasing for other members, or guests, you must revisit the purchase link below separately each time to purchase additional seats:
  • Please note for any seat purchase (for Members and their Guests): there will always be a transaction fee each time a purchase is made.  
  • For multiple seat purchases by the same person: you will have to do this separately for each member/guest.  Multiple seats in one transaction/session is no longer available. 
  • The system is set-up this way and we are not able to change this process, so please plan accordingly.  
• You must note down the name of each person/member that the seat purchase is for, during each purchase session.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:

• There will be vegetarian options available at the banquet.
• If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please advise us by Monday end of day, September 7, 2026, by emailing Communications (at) WESA.net, so we can pass this on to the hotel.
