Player Registration

WESA offers two divisions of play, C and D. Both divisions offer a friendly, fun and social avenue to play softball and make great friends.

People are free to register for the division of their choice. However, once teams are drafted, no player may switch divisions. It is important for new members to think about which division best matches their skill level.

While both divisions are competitive due to the nature of sport, C Division is geared to those with a more consistent skill level, while D Division generally has more new players and overall lower skill level.

If you are unsure which division might be best for you, please do not hesitate to contact any of the WESA Commission for guidance.

Players (who register for the main draft) are permitted to register with a "Buddy", this means that you can play on the same team as your friend, co-worker, lover ...etc. As long as you and your buddy register in the same division and each player requests to play with the other.

Registration Fees & Deadlines

Registrations received on or before Feb 29th, 2012 qualify for the Early Bird Registration discount of $30, Early Bird rate is $130.

Registrations received March 1st, 2012 and beyond, will be charged the Regular Registration rate of $160.

In-Person Registration

Please bring your completed and signed registration form (see below) along with your cheque to in-person registration.

Registration By Mail

If you are unable to make any of the in-person registration dates, you may mail in your registration form and cheque. Download / print the registration pdf below, and do not forget to sign your completed registration before mailing.

Please note that the "Early Bird" and "Regular" Registration fees are in effect for mail-in applications as well. To qualify for Early Bird registration, we must receive your completed and signed registration form by Feb. 29th, 2012.

The registration form is a pdf with form fields you may enter your information into on your computer. Fill out the form, and print it when you are finished.

Whether registering in-person or by mail; whether you fill in the fields on your computer and then print it or print the form and use ink to complete it - YOU MUST SIGN THE FORM.
