Welcome to the 2023 WESA Player Registration System!

 

 

Regular Registration for the 2023 Season is closed. We are accepting waitlist registrations only.

 

 

2023 Membership Fees

 

The Commission has retired the early vs regular tiered registration fee structure in favour of a flat registration fee of $160 that will be applied to all players assigned to a team prior to the end of the second week of regular season play.

 

Payment Process & Deadlines

 

Registered players will forfeit their reserved spots and be moved to the wait list if payment is not received/postmarked by Wednesday, February 22, 2023. Refunds can be requested up to 48 hours prior to Draft Day.

 

 

Miscellaneous

 

As always, the Commission reserves the right to move any player between tiers in the interest of player safety (safety refers to the safety of both the player in question and other players on the field).

 

The Commission is aware that there are currently only 2 gender choices available in our registration system. We are working with our software providers to remedy this situation and anticipate that our registration and personal profile choices will be more reflective of our membership for the 2024 season.

2023 New Players

Players new to WESA or who have not registered since 2019 or earlier should use this option. Clicking the button will kick off a two part registration process. First you will have to log in (or create an account if you do not have one) and then you can update your profile and complete your registration.

2023 Tier 1

Formerly known as D Division, this Tier is now best suited for players of all abilities and ages who prioritize a slower paced game, including beginner and novice softball players, who may not yet have a firm grasp of the fundamentals of the game.

2023 Tier 2

Formerly known as C division, this Tier is now best suited for more experienced softball players who have a good grasp of the fundamentals of the game and who appreciate a more efficient, fluid, and faster paced game.
