The WESA 2019 Awards Celebration Banquet will be taking place on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Vancouver Downtown (1110 Howe Street at Helmcken).

Just so we know who’s coming for meals and enough seats, we are asking for REFUNDABLE $20 deposit from all WESA 2019 Members (including Associate and Lifetime) which means that when you show up, you'll get your $20 back in cash.

PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are non-refundable or transferable should the member not attend which means if you don't show up and you paid a deposit, you do not receive your deposit back.

We encourage Members to bring guest(s); only $60 each (non-refundable).
